First mash around 10 mint leaves together with the juice of  one lime. Crush the leaves just enough to extract a bit of their oil. Cover this with sparkling mineral water and add sweetener (2 teaspoons or according to taste) while stirring very well. The mockito is best served in a tall glass filled with ice. Don’t forget to decorate with a lime wedge and some mint leaves for a finishing touch.

Take one orange, one lemon and one lime and cut them into thick slices. Put all fruits in a pitcher together with 3 cups of cranberry juice, 2 cups of unsweetened iced tea, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 1/4 cup of ice. Let this chill for about 10 minutes before enjoying this fruity and refreshing drink. Optionally, you could also add diced apple and pear to the mixture.

I’ve tried bloody mary before, but I didn’t like it. Kiss on the beach is yummy for sure! If you wanna see more recipes you can also check http://www.alcoholandcocktailrecipes.com/category/recipe/
