1. Fun
Always plan your running sessions right before a fun activity like going to the movies, a girls night out, dinner date or lunch. This will give you something to look forward too during your workout and your meal will taste even better.
2. Jogging buddy
Find a running partner. You can motivate each other while catching up. Did you know that for maximum results you should run at a pace where you can maintain conversation?
3. Preparations
Put your running clothes ready for the next day. The most difficult part of running is leaving the house, so it’s important to make that part as easy as possible.
4. At work
Why not ask someone at work to join you for an afternoon run? This is a win-win situation: you will have more energy during the day and there will be no more traffic jams when you leave for home a bit later than usual.
5. Outfit
Get a nice outfit. You will feel much better in clothes and shoes that you actually like instead of an outfit that’s just comfortable.
6. Goals
Setting goals will keep you motivated when the going gets tough. Pick a local race to compete in and you will be surprised at what you can achieve in just a couple of months.

When you’re in really bad shape running is the perfect way to improve your overall stamina. I used to think it would suck the energy out of me but actually it’s just the opposite. Now im running every single morning and i feel bad all day when I miss one!
