  9. Don’t take it too seriously. Really, it’s just sex. Have a laugh, it will release the tension.
  10. Dim the lights and light a candle. You will feel less body conscious if you’re not in the spotlight.

  12. Walk around naked when you’re home alone. It’s a great way to become more comfortable with your own body.

Im not sure this is correct for younger children out there. you should be sentenced to spent jail time fo’ pedophilia.
