The perfect kiss is all about timing, intensity, personal preference and genetics. Therefore it’s not easy to find the perfect kissing partner.
It’s personal
Apart from all that, there is also oral hygiene and a bunch of lip and tongue techniques. In terms of smell and taste a lot is buried within our genes. Some people just can’t help having bad breath or a weird taste in their mouth. Furthermore the preference for certain smells is different for everybody, which makes the evaluation of a kissing partner a very personal affair.
Precautions
Oral hygiene is everything. If you’re in for the kiss, take the necessary precautions. Brush and floss your teeth in advance. Nobody likes alcohol, cigarette or garlic breath. Also make sure you have some mints with you in case you need a little boost.
Don’ts
Time to talk about the physical aspects. While some mouths seem to be made for each other, others aren’t compatible at all. So it’s perfectly possible that a bad kiss is caused by mismatched mouths. Besides, some of us like a firm kiss on the lips while others place more importance on a sensual touch of the tongue. Still, there is one thing most women agree upon: we don’t like rude kissers who push their mechanically rotating tongue between our lips without the slightest introduction.
The lead and follow
The secret to the perfect kiss is comparable to dancing. It’s important to closely follow your partner and react elegantly to subtle directions. If your partner starts with slight pressure, you need to react carefully. Nothing is more unattractive than an over overenthusiastic kisser who seems like a hungry dog licking its bone.
Creativity
If you want to become the perfect kisser, it is key to be creative. There are so many alternatives to the classic French kiss that it would almost be a sin not to try them. Think about a soft kiss on the eyelids or a sensual lick in the neck. Vary between hard, passionate kisses and long, soft romantic ones. You are only limited by your imagination.
